3. SCOPE

I acknowledge that ACP COACHING GROUP CORP operates solely within the capacities of a Life Coach. While coaching may help identify and achieve life goals and change behaviors that are not serving you well, coaching does not address psychological conditions such as depression or anxiety.

For such issues, please seek medical attention from a licensed physician or mental health professional in your area. By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I understand the difference between these two roles.

I understand that by working with a coach, I am seeking a new perspective to achieve goals I have not been able to reach on my own.

I accept that during the coaching process, my coach may ask questions or assign exercises to support me in stepping out of my comfort zone, which may temporarily cause emotional discomfort.

I agree that it is my responsibility to tell my coach what works for me, what does not, and to be honest about how I wish to be supported during the coaching process.

4. SCHEDULING SESSIONS

As a client, I understand that my role is to attend all sessions or calls on time, and if an unavoidable conflict arises, I will cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Live sessions are reserved exclusively for me and cannot be replaced.

Therefore, if I do not provide 48-hour notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

5. PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIPS, PRODUCTS, SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND VIDEO LESSONS

These purchase terms and conditions for the products of ACP COACHING GROUP CORP are irrevocably accepted by any individual who, using their registration information or creating a new or existing account, purchases products through the website located at:

5.1. Payment Conditions

5.1.1.

Acceptance of these terms constitutes a Sales Contract between ACP COACHING GROUP CORP and the User.

5.1.2.

All purchases are subject to approval and verification by the User’s bank or financial institution regarding the credit/debit card used, as well as verification of the data entered.

5.1.3.

The User acknowledges and accepts that ACP COACHING GROUP CORP does not control the payment gateway pages where credit or debit card transactions take place. Therefore, ACP COACHING GROUP CORP is not responsible for the handling of information provided by the User to these platforms or banking institutions.

5.1.4.

Upon successful completion of the purchase, an invoice and payment confirmation will be sent to the User’s email address.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to immediately contact our support team at info@acpcoachinggroup.com

5.1.5.

Memberships, digital products, and programs are available to visitors and registered users. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to comply with the purchase terms.

Payments must be made in USD through PayPal or Stripe using accepted credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

5.2. Refund and Exchange Policy

5.2.1.

If the User does not attend an event (in-person or online) on the scheduled date and time, the payment will remain effective with no right to refunds, changes, compensation, or credits.

5.2.2.

The User acknowledges that event details—location, ticket value, access conditions, dates, and times—were reviewed prior to purchase.
ACP COACHING GROUP CORP is not obligated to issue refunds or make changes due to errors entered by the User.

5.2.3.

ACP COACHING GROUP CORP does not issue refunds for purchased products or membership charges.
All purchases on www.acpcoachinggroup.com are final.

For PayPal memberships, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a recurring subscription, where PayPal will automatically charge you monthly, semiannually, or annually.

5.3. Canceling a Subscription (Credit/Debit Card)

To cancel your membership, do so 1–2 days prior to your next billing date:

  2. Access “Your Account”

  3. Select “Subscriptions”

  4. Choose your membership

  5. Click “Cancel”

5.4. Canceling a PayPal Subscription

If you used PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account

  2. Click the settings icon (gear)

  3. Go to “Payments”

  4. Select “Automatic Payments”

ACP COACHING GROUP CORP is not responsible for recurring charges processed by PayPal.
The User is solely responsible for canceling their subscription within their PayPal account.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

ACP COACHING GROUP CORP is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the website and its content (images, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, design, structure, etc.). All rights reserved.

Any unauthorized use will be considered a serious violation.

Reproduction, distribution, or public communication of any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

14. CONTRACT TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time.

ACP COACHING GROUP CORP may suspend or terminate services immediately if the User fails to comply with these conditions.

Grounds for termination include:

  • False or incomplete data provided during purchase

  • Altering, bypassing, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the website’s security

  • Abuse of support services

  • False or defamatory statements about ACP COACHING GROUP CORP

  • Any breach of these conditions

Termination results in the loss of all rights to the contracted service.

15. TERMS OF USE

Users from anywhere in the world may join ACP COACHING GROUP CORP by subscribing to our plans.

ACP COACHING GROUP CORP operates on a recurring billing model, authorized by the User upon subscription.

We are not responsible for duplicate or incorrect payments.
If you experience connection issues during checkout, please verify your bank statement before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.

To stop recurring billing, the User must manually cancel their subscription via their member area.
